Land SurveyorJob Location : Dubai, UAEResponsibilities:?Independently handle landscape / Infrastructure Sites?Ensure That Resources are not idle due to CACT or Survey point?Ensure That Latest version of drawings are used on sites?Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys.?Verifying data and calculations.?Recording results of surveys.?Calculating the measurements of sites.?Writing descriptions of property boundaries.?Researching legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify information about property boundaries.?Conducting surveys using advanced equipment and techniques to gather accurate measurements and data, including topography, boundaries and existing structures.?Analyzing survey data and creating detailed survey reports, maps and drawings to support project planning and decision-making.?Identifying land boundaries, Swimming Pools and existing infrastructure to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.?Collaborating with project managers, engineers and architects to provide survey information for design and construction purposes.?Assessing site suitability, analyzing topography and evaluating potential risks to support project feasibility studies.?Monitoring and reviewing survey progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
