Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Spa/Beauty Salon Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience at our spa/beauty salon.Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel welcome and comfortable upon arrival.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with product recommendations.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, services, and client information using our salon management software.
  • Process transactions and handle cash, credit card, or other payment methods accurately and securely.
  • Coordinate with stylists, therapists, and other staff members to ensure efficient scheduling and smooth operations.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest spa/beauty salon services, promotions, and special offers to effectively communicate them to clients.
  • Adhere to all salon policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
