Conduct Boxing Classes: Lead group and one-on-one boxing training sessions for members of all skill levels, focusing on technique, conditioning, and overall fitness.
Monitor Progress: Track and evaluate members progress, providing feedback and adjusting training plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Safety & Technique: Ensure all training is performed safely, with proper technique and adherence to gym protocols.
Motivation & Support: Encourage and motivate members to achieve their fitness goals, fostering a positive and supportive training environment.
Front Desk Management: Greet members and visitors, manage check-ins, and ensure a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk.
Membership Services: Assist with member inquiries, sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations. Handle payments and process membership transactions.
Communication: Answer phone calls and emails, providing information about classes, trainers, and gym services. Maintain clear communication with members regarding any schedule changes or important updates.
Facility Management: Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym, including monitoring supplies and reporting any maintenance needs.
