Job Description

Career Area: Manufacturing & Supply Chain What You Will Do:

  • Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
  • Conduct laboratory evaluation of samples (oil, fuel, coolant/source water)
  • Operate and implement analytical lab instrumentation.
  • Properly maintain laboratory instruments and dealing with malfunctions thru basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and manage accurate and precise documentation.
  • Review data on computer following standard operating methods.
  • Update and calibrate lab analysis instrumentation.
  • Conduct regular updating of records and develop reports.
  • Support LEAN Six Sigma Initiatives to improve process and products.
What You Have: Minimum Educational or Certification Requirements:Four-year degree in chemistry or related field (biology, bio-chemistry, chemical engineering, etc.) or equivalent work experience, which must include a minimum of four years direct lab experience. Oil Laboratory experience is a plus. Desired Skills:
  • Laboratory skills

  • Critical thinking, time management, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Computer skills
  • ISO 9001 or ISO 17025 Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience and willingness to operate in a TEAM environment
