Job Description

  • First point of contact for all guests, to meet and greet all guests entering the bar.
  • To provide the highest standard of service with confidence, being always professional and exceeding customer expectation.
  • Administration Duties
  • Take and record bookings via telephone/mail and deal promptly with all enquiries related to the KTV bar.
  • Keep up to date and accurate all bookings in the database system and follow up any guest special request and pass it to the right person.
  • Financial and Revenue Duties
  • To make sure that every order is charged correctly onto the correct VIP room
  • General Duties ? To be fully conversant with:
  • Hotel fire procedure
  • Hotel and KTV bar security procedure
