  • Provide assistance in the preparation of food as per instructions of Executive Chef, Chef De Cuisine, Sous Chef, DCDP, and CDP
  • Assist in serving / portioning / of meals to clients, staff and others, setting and clearing of kitchen areas
  • Wash and dry kitchen pots/ utensils and ensure their proper storage
  • Clean the kitchen area floors, cookers and other kitchen equipment when necessary
  • Assist in ensuring a high level of health and safety, cleanliness and food hygiene and ensure that safe working practices are followed
