Inspect, clean, maintain and repair all kitchen, refrigeration, mechanical and electrical installations, and systems.
Check daily temperatures of all refrigerated stores and inspect the respective condensing units for proper function.
Carry out scheduled calibration of all refrigeration equipment?s including walk ? in ? Freezers / Chillers and specified kitchen equipment?s as per DM / HACCP standards.
Coordinate with Facilities Lead / Asst. Facilities Lead in all Electro-mechanical related works, ensuring that all deficiencies in equipment operation and defects are attended and completed in a timely manner
