Job Description

  • Experience in trouble shooting & repair of Industrial Kitchen Equipment is a must.
ÿ
  • Good understanding of Electrical DB, Gas & related requirements for any equipment installations.
ÿ
  • Should be able to identify faulty Spare Parts & part numbers from manufacturers exploded view of equipment.
ÿ
  • Carry out preventive and periodic maintenance of Kitchen equipment.
ÿ
  • Able to read & understand schematic diagram, equipment manual & wiring diagrams.
ÿ
  • Prepare detailed work reports on maintenance activity for customer submission and for our records.
