We value the passion and enthusiasm of our colleagues, and encourage you to share your passion when you work with us.As a Kids Club Attendant, youll must be able to provide an appropriate welcome at Restaurant & Kids Clubs for guests and potential guests and kids, maximizing their dining experience using technical and individual social skills. Personally contribute of providing fun, educational and caring services to the children of members and guests, in a warm and welcoming environment. Build rapport with and take a genuine interest in all children and parents utilizing the clubs child activity services. Participate in everyday activities such as organizing arts and crafts time, leading games, reading stories and singing songs. Help keep facilities and equipment clean, neat and well maintained. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Having good communication with guest / member to correct their diet, weight and daily lifestyle and promotes the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One team and service of the InterContinental Hotels Group and brand ethos.

• Being knowledgeable with facilities, activities, equipment, services and other pertinent information in order to provide our young guest and parents with accurate information
• Develop and schedule creative programming for Kids Club participants in an environment conducive to growth and development.
• Ensure kids amenities and towels are always readily available.
• Conduct kids activities and services for in house guest and members young guests while giving proper instruction and safety reminders
• Make sure that the Kids Club is well maintained and clean
• Provide a safe and health Kids club environment
• Meet and greet all guests, and potential guests, at the front of the Restaurant & Kids Club by ensuring the following
• Ensure the Restaurant & Kids Club is ready to receive guests prior to opening and that both wait staff and tables are ready in line with opening standards
• Ensure Restaurant & Kids Club operating equipment is clean and in working order
• Maintaining impeccable uniform and personal presentation standards in accordance with hotel policy
• Be attentive to guests and resolve their complaints where possible, reporting all incidents to your Supervisor
• Maintain responsibility of cleanliness of Kids Club
• Maintain responsibility of cleanliness of all equipment and toys
• Undertakes to maintain qualifications as deemed necessary by the Hotel, ensures the safe management of the kids club environment. Including but not limited to First Aid Certification.
• Understands and strictly adheres to the Rules & Regulations established in the Hotel?s policy on Fire, Hygiene, and Health & Safety.
• Take initiative always to ensure guest safety and satisfaction, being flexible with taking on other responsibilities as and when required by the hotel operation.

• Previous 1 year experience in a kids club facility or similar role in a 4* or 5* hotel or equivalent.
• Fluent English language communication skills is required, in addition to creativity and outgoing personality.
