Working across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia, GMG has introduced more than 120 brands into its markets.Core Responsibilities:* Focuses on growing and developing existing key clients, together with generating new business; Conducts monthly and seasonal business reviews with key accounts* Works with brand/category function to develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans* Maintains and manages relationship with the assigned key accounts to ensure provision of continuous support * Manages existing key customers/ accounts in order to meet objectives of retention and further account development; develops retention strategies for key customers * Promotes high-quality customer experience and satisfaction by ensuring exceptional services is provided to customers at all times* Generates and maintains sales forecasts for key accounts and provides this information in an accurate and timely manner ; Assists to drive business sales strategy and deliver against sales and profitability targets* Collects, analyzes and reports feedback from key accounts to identify customer requirements and pass on the business intelligence for effective decision making; Assists in developing segment level account plans for key accounts* Acts as a focal point of contact between the Business Unit and the assigned account/s to ensure that any major issues are addressed in a timely manner * Ensures all day to day requests are addressed, and timely and quality resolution is provided for all queries* Implements category display and enhances distribution coverage and product visibility by ensuring right product is available in the right place and at the right time* Provides account feedback to key stakeholders and uses market knowledge on product trends, pricing and the competition to maximize product placement and sales* Manages timely coordination of account orders including entry, tracking, order confirmation, cancellations and delivery information; Meets all order deadlines in a timely and consistent manner* Prepares, plans and delivers clear and persuasive sales line presentationsEducational Qualifications:* Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration* Master?s degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferredExperience:* A minimum of 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing * Previous experience in managing teams and key accounts is preferred Ecommerce DubaiKey Account Manager - Bricks and MortarPrivacy policy for recruitment using TeamtailorThe service for handling recruitments and simplifying the hiring process (the Service ) is powered by Teamtailor on behalf of GMG ( Controller ?we? ?us? etc.).
