Job Description

The Key Account Manager is a pivotal role within the Perfume & Cosmetics industry, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients to drive sales and enhance brand loyalty. This position requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the market dynamics and be adept at negotiating contracts and agreements that benefit both the company and its clients.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  2. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing product offerings and promotional strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and meet client demands.
  5. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.
  6. Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management on sales forecasts and account status.
  7. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  9. Implement promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales within key accounts.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in account management.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the perfume or cosmetics industry.
  2. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  3. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  4. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and internal teams.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  9. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
  10. Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry, with a keen understanding of market trends.
