Job Description

Our client is ane elite SaaS provider in UAE, aiming to provide customers with world-class service using cutting-edge technology.The company has been operating in India since 2018 and they have been starting up their operations in the UAE and other countries in the Gulf since earlier this year.They are currently looking to build a strong and energetic Key Account Managerÿto join their team in Dubai.ÿResponsibilities:ÿ

  • The key account manager will be responsible for onboarding, post-sales support and escalation management.
  • Farming & up-selling onboarded clients with respect to better plans and benefits.
  • Educate every client about new plans/ offers as and when raised by Nobroker.com
  • Retaining every account through successful renewals on completion of the subscription period.
  • Growing the overall revenue portfolio through a referral matrix.
  • Will be responsible for payment collection.
