We are looking for Key Account Manager for Dubai, UAE.Manages relationship of a defined number of Clients and prospects (serves as primary contact for the customer; coordinates the account e.g. with regards to any escalation, new requirements, billing errors, payment issues, etc.)? Ensure that Clients SLAs are met within Omega Logistics by ensuring that all relevant team members from Operations, IT, Finance, etc. are working in synchronization to fulfill the agreed scope of work.n Ensure that Client needs are understood proactively, and relevant department members are informed to scope and fulfill these needs.? Ensure that the share of wallet is increased from existing Clients.n Ensure that new leads are generated through existing Clients.? Drive the on-time billing and collection from the Client through the finance department.n Conduct business reviews with Clients based on an agreed calendar? Involve and update Business Head?Omega Logistics, CSCO, Group Head ? Projects and other relevant business leaders, ensuring that they have an awareness of business critical issues related to the Clients' operations.n Continuously gathers Client and market information to update the team on potential opportunities or threats.n Ensures that the overall key account activities are aligned with overall Landmark Groups values and policies? Help in delivering the Business Head's budget by maintaining a healthy pipeline and good contractual performance from existing Clients.n Works on Client initiatives for enhancing the service experience.n Collects relevant Client information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ and prepares documents for Client's implementation in order to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet Client's expectations (SLA's & SOP's)
