We are looking for Key Account ExecutiveJob Description / Responsibilities ? Overall communication with key accounts relating to sales and operations (full order to cash cycle) ? Processing NPD?s requests as prescribed by reporting manager ? Responsible for system transactions, sanitization and maintaining relevant records. ? Monitoring receivables with diligent follow ups on status ? Overall communication for complaints and queries ? Coordinating between supply chain departments with strict compliance of OTIF ? Responsible for new customer inductions ? Monitoring stocks required for relevant customers and highlighting related issues with quantities ? Periodic customer visits to manage relationships alongside visits for complaints ? Providing solutions to customer for their needs ? Provide and inspire outstanding service to our customers ? Monitor logistics & admin to ensure that all export documents are prepared on time. ? Suggest and implement continuous improvement in products in line with customer expectations and complaints ? Single point of contact for customers representing company for all queries / requests, serving as one window operation for customers. ? Updating customers on pending orders and supply plan ? Updating customers on dispatch schedule ? Pushing stocks to customers where orders and stock is available ? Proactively communicating customer?s requirement to planning for pre arrangement of stocks ? Prepare sales reports and analyze ? Serve as backup of sales coordinator in case where required ? Present opportunities to augment sales ? Resolving credit issues with customer and finance
