The hiring company is a successful group of retail company, based in Dubai with focus on the trading of premium quality consumer electronics, fashion, baby products, e-commerce and others.
Job Role:
Responsible for all the strategic and operational marketing which involves creation of the annual marketing calendar and implementing the monthly thematic promotions as well as weekly offers in store
Lead the categorization of Items and create a line up plan for display of products in-store, in all assigned branches
Conduct market research and understanding customer requirements on a daily basis
Negotiate with suppliers for discounts/rebates and dealing with new suppliers to improve range assortment in the supermarket
Work with the Directors on various aspects of the business such as merchandising, procurement, promotion and stock management
Present ideas to the Marketing Director for potentially successful campaign
