Our client is now recruiting for a?Junior Wealth Manager.Keys Skills and Experience:? Ability to successfully build highly engaged relationships and network with high value premium customers;? Have a high quality existing contact network of possible prospects and extensive relationship network in the region;? Knowledge of cultural protocols when dealing with high caliber prospects, including wealthy locals, senior business people, and royal family;? Proven track record in selling & exceeding sales targets;? Ability to converse in a professional manner & to communicate effectively in English and Arabic using a variety of mediums;? Superior interpersonal skills coupled with excellent influencing and negotiating skills;? Able to effectively identify business;? Can demonstrate emotional intelligence in dealing with high value customers & in probing customer to determine key requirements in order to articulate product relevance;? Will have extensive experience in sourcing & qualifying high caliber leads & managing a pipeline of prospects;? Able to research & understand customers needs & plan strategically;? Ability to drive customer loyalty by proactively maximizing on opportunities to develop customer?s emotional & rational brand affinity;? Possess strong time & workload management skills including prioritizing and responding promptly to customer requests;?
