Junior WaiterJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Welcome guests warmly, offering menus and providing recommendations as needed.?Assist guests in making menu selections and answer questions about dishes and beverages.?Ensure guests needs are met promptly and courteously throughout their dining experience.?Take accurate orders from guests, entering them into the point-of-sale system.?Communicate orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of dishes to tables.?Set up and arrange tables with proper settings, ensuring a visually appealing dining environment.?Monitor table turnover and cleanliness, promptly clearing used dishes and resetting tables.?Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient service flow and guest satisfaction.?Assist senior waitstaff and management as needed during peak hours.?Pay careful attention to special guest requests, dietary preferences, and allergies.?Ensure accurate billing and presentation of checks to guests.?Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitized work area.?Handle and serve food and beverages in a safe and hygienic manner.?Familiarize yourself with menu offerings and suggestively upsell items to enhance guest experiences.?Inform guests about special promotions, events, and offerings.Job Details :?High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education is a plus.?Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.?Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric demeanor.?Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.?Basic understanding of food and beverage service.?Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.?Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.?Fluent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
