Job Purpose & Scope:The key responsibilities is to assist the Group supply chain manager in day to day activities of planning, designing, developing and implementing supply chain strategies on procurement needs of entities as per the policy, using technical and analytical capabilities in analyzing sourcing projects, improving operating efficiencies and driving down the companies costs, assisting in transportation and logistics management.Main Job Responsibilities:? Assist in reviewing technical evaluations submitted by entities? Manage regular and Ad-hoc Sourcing requirements for the Group/entities/ HO Departments.? Able to focus on delivery of Procurement Savings. Record all savings (Cost saving ,cost avoidance & Rebate) on ESAG Intranet Intra Al Gurg? Ensure proper documentation for all sourcing projects (Technical & Techno-Commercial evaluation reports)? Identify areas of process improvement & recommend solutions .? Carry out negotiations under GSCM supervision? Ensure optimal cash flow for ESAG by negotiating better payment terms with vendors? Liaise with ESAG Legal & Stakeholders to finalize contracts with vendors. Contracts could be Service Agreements, Supply & installation agreements , AMC etc. depending on the nature of sourcing project.? Monitoring contract objectives, KPIs, SLAs, & supplier performance throughout the life of the contract. Hold performance review meetings whenever required.? Identify category sourcing opportunities to strategies and consolidate within group entities and lead sourcing projects by developing action plans, and share with Group SCM.? Monitors the performance of suppliers to ensure compliance and alignment with customer requirements and contractual obligations.? Guide vendors in participation for sourcing projects? Review vendor profiles on SAP Ariba and guide vendors with registration process as need be, drafting NDAs & securing signatures? Assist in implementation of contracts module, Liason with Legal team for updated templates and Liason with IT for system improvements and enhancements? Coordinate between Group SC & internal/ external stakeholders for tasks related to logistics (air / sea /courier)? Liaison between entities/telecom service provider for provision of SIM cards and inquiries/issues? Follow up for disposal offers from buyers and prepare comparison? Assist in filling forms like credit application form, contract signature forms? Scheduling meetings with internal & external stakeholders? Follow up with entities for submission of data for insurance consolidation? Assist in reporting & use analytical skills wherever required
