Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a multinational top tier building construction company headquartered in Dubai, UAE with global presence. Our client has experience working on landmark high-rise & multi-facet projects and is looking for a Junior?Quantity Surveyor in Dubai, UAE. The role is on a contractual basis for a period of six months.- Responsible for assisting in budget calculations, learning how to manage project deadlines, learning the governing rules and regulations, and performing proper client and employee relations actions.?- Must have an undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying.?- Should demonstrate leadership capabilities and must pass a background check- Must become familiar with department of transportation rules and guidelines.- Responsible for proper land surveying and proper reporting procedures, depending on company requirements.?- Requires frequent travel to project sites and to client locations to help establish a deadline and requirements for project completion.- Should have good computer skills and understand surveying software.Requirements- Qualification in Quantity Surveying from a reputed University- Highly motivated to learn and add value to Senior Management- 4-5 years experience working with a Main contractor (high rise)Benefits- Attractive Salary plus benefits based on competency
