Job Description

This is a Contract role through Manpower - 12 months renewable contractJob Scope:

  • Research potential vendors
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for their upcoming requirements
  • Attend internal procurement and stakeholder meetings
Job Requirements
  • Must have 2 years? experience in purchasing of goods & services
  • FMCG experience preferred
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Hands on with MS office and other procurement systems
  • Must have a bachelor?s degree
  • Attitude to work in a fast paced environment
  • Willing to work on a short term 6 month assignment
