OMP Groups is looking for a Junior Legal professional between 1-3 years experience, to join our Corporate 8 Commercial team in Dubai.You will work closely with our project managers managing legal advises together with our core lawyer team in UK. managing compliance related issues on a world-wide scene.As our in-house lawyer, you will be reviewing non-disclosure agreements, license?agreement, managing different legal projects with our external lawyers globally You will have to stay on top of pending or new legislation or regulatory rules impacting our business and advise on appropriate compliance measures.Responsibilities?????Managing projects on a global scale.?????Advising the various lines of business on legal and contractual matters, including the structuring of contracts and appropriate documents to be used.?????Working closely with sales management to ensure appropriate prioritization of legal resource?????Managing disputes and litigation matters?????Providing legal training and updates to the lines of business and other functions?????Performing various other tasks as are relevant for an in-house lawyer?????Feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustmentsRequirements??Master Degree in Law??Fluent in English, preferably Spanish as well.??Understanding of the Financial environment??Well-organized, structured and proactive way of working, including adherence to deadlines??Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Spanish??Leade rship and organizational abilities??Strategic thinking??Problem-solving aptitude
