  • Handle financial transactions on the daily basis to ensure all business transactions are recorded (handle the full spectrum of documentary trade transactions).
  • Review facility and security documentation for existing and new financing facilities.
  • Maintain relationship with banks to manage accounts.
  • Build a relationship with pre-financing counterparties (existing and potential).
  • Handle letter of credit to prepare term sheets and pitches to counterparties offering pre-financing solutions.
  • Source financial partners support for structured finance projects.
