Exchange operation analystJob Summary:As an Exchange Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our cryptocurrency and forex exchange platform. You will be responsible for monitoring trading activity, analysing market trends, and managing operational processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Responsibilities:

  • Monitor trading activity on the exchange platform and identify potential risks, anomalies, and market trends.
  • Analyse market data, trading volumes, and price movements to provide insights and recommendations to management and trading teams.
  • Conduct reconciliations of trading activity, balances, and positions to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including trading, compliance, and technology teams, to resolve operational issues and optimize trading performance.
  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability of exchange operations.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, including KYC/AML procedures and transaction monitoring.
  • Perform regular audits and reviews of exchange operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide support and training to internal teams and external partners on exchange operations, trading systems, and procedures.
  • Stay informed about developments in the cryptocurrency and forex markets, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, and assess their impact on exchange operations.
