Job Description

TXM is working with a prestigious law firm with offices in the Middle East to recruit a Corporate Associate to join their Dubai based Team. This role will be the full remit of Corporate Law including M&A, contracts and some transaction work and private equity transactions on a regional and cross border basis.

  • This role offers candidates the opportunity to work with some of the region and globes leading Legal Professionals. The team consists of a diverse mix of national and international lawyers, servicing clients across the Middle East and internationally
