Works with our contacts in several brokerages, insurance companies, government entities and business partners to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.? Articulates clearly and documents business requirements, business processes, business model & screens mock-ups (wireframes)? Conducts & writes Agile User Stories? Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands? Technical Recommendation and Testing? Manages ongoing relationship with business partner to drive satisfaction with IT? Manages project plans and can clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines.? Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems? Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues
