Junior ArchitectJob Location : UAE•Design & Development: Utilize Revit software to create conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models for architectural projects. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate concepts into viable design solutions.•BIM Coordination: Lead and participate in BIM coordination meetings to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.•Construction Documentation: Generate accurate construction documentation including plans, sections, elevations, and details using Revit. Ensure drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.•Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews of Revit models and drawings to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design standards. Implement best practices for BIM management and maintain project file organization.•Collaboration: Work closely with project teams including engineers, interior designers, and contractors to coordinate project requirements and deliverables. Communicate effectively to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the design and construction process.•Innovation & Research: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to BIM and architectural design. Integrate new tools and techniques into workflows to enhance efficiency and design quality.•Client Engagement: Present design proposals and Revit models to clients and stakeholders, explaining design concepts and responding to feedback. Build strong client relationships based on trust, transparency, and professionalism.Skills & Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.•Proven experience as an Architect with proficiency in Revit software.•Strong understanding of BIM principles and practices.•Ability to create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documentation.•Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.•Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.•Problem-solving skills to address design challenges and technical issues.•Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within project timelines
