Junior Architect talented in Concept Design Key Responsibilities:

Develop initial design concepts for architectural projects, including sketches, drawings, and 3D renderings.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporate their feedback into the design concepts.
Collaborate with project teams, including senior architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that the design concepts meet all project requirements.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including drawings, models, and visual presentations.
Research and analyze site and contextual factors, such as zoning and building codes, environmental factors, and historical context, to inform design decisions.
Maintain accurate records of design concepts, including drawings, models, and other documentation.
Provide support to project teams throughout the design and construction process, including attending meetings and site visits as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and architecture.
Contribute to the development of design standards and processes within the firm.
