Job Description

  • Evaluation and analysis of company financial statements for potential clients, assess data credibility with an eye to challenge status quo and advise leadership to support informed data backed decision making.
  • Interpret, compile and report on financial performance?of Client Assets and put forward recommendations for?leadership reviews.?
  • Perform financial analysis, forecasting, reporting. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.?
  • Analyze financial data and create financial models (Real Estate Assets, Business up for Sale?and Projects) for decision support.?
  • Work closely with the?Management?team to ensure accurate financial reporting.?
  • Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models.?
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point and keen aptitude to pick up new skills on the job.
  • Prepare One pager for Client Assets for Business Promotion
  • Provide?specified?documentation?to?Prospective Clients/local authorities/banks/lawyers?as directed and support communication.
  • Pleasant Customer focused attitude,?attend to telephone Calls & reply to emails on behalf of the Company and schedule business meetings with prospect Clients.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.?Telephones,?fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance and strong work ethic.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Multitasker with strong time-management skills to meet deadlines, and the ability to re-prioritize effectively as required.?
