Junior AccountantJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :•Maintain and update daily financial records in QuickBooks.•Record all transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.•Prepare and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, monitor balances, and follow up on overdue accounts.•Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.•Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.•Reconcile bank accounts and card statements.•Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and assist with VAT return preparation.•Support management and auditors during audits and financial reviews.•Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, contracts, and financial records.•Perform additional accounting tasks as required by management.Qualifications & Skills :•Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.•1–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in trading or FMCG sector).•Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (mandatory).•Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.•Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.•Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
