Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our Finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks. The role involves handling basic accounting functions, maintaining financial records, assisting in the preparation of reports and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices, payment vouchers and bank reconciliations
  • Post journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for financial records
  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial matters
  • Assist the Senior Accountant / Finance Manager with audits and other financial reviews
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
