Job Description

Assistant AccountantWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally accounting software and be adept at managing various accounting functions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Accounts Payables and Receivables with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage payrolls, financial statements, invoices, and inventories.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations, maintaining accurate records and timely submissions.
  • preparation of financial reports and statements for Management.
  • Support the reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and enhance financial reporting accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Tally accounting software is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT accounting principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Additional expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, or audit processes will be an advantage.?
