Junior AccountantJob Location: Dubai United Arab EmiratesTo support our accounting team with day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting and contribute to the smooth functioning of our finance department.Duties and Responsibilities:•Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately.•Assist in end-of-month closure procedures.•Support other accounting projects as required.•Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports.•Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations.•Collaborate closely with senior accountants and the finance team to maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (B.Com).•1–2 years of accounting work experience in the UAE.•Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.•Analytical mindset with strong conceptual and problem-solving abilities.•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.•Critical thinking skills with high proficiency in mathematics.•Advanced competency in Microsoft Office and accounting software packages.
