Job Description

  • Responsible for day-to-day accounts activities
  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Salary Payroll preparation familiar with WPS
  • Monthly MIS to be completed before 5th of following month
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Reporting to Senior management as and when required Preparation of various financial reports as per accounting and finance best practices
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Report on the company?s financial health and liquidity
  • Coordination with different teams and departments for reporting related activities
  • Audit financial transactions and documents and publish financial statements in time.
  • Assist with preparation of the year end closing and audit process
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations
