The successful candidate will report to our managing director and accountant team.?2.0 Concepts is looking for a Junior Accountant who will also take on some Administrative Assistant tasks. Key duties and responsibilities are:?General Tasks???????Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation???????Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures???????Updating financial records via Zoho Books accounting software???????Creating quotations, invoices, sales orders, proforma invoices, purchase order and maintain records via online software platform Zoho Books.???????Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line via Zoho Expense???????Preparing weekly forecast and quarterly budget under the purview of senior management via Microsoft Excel.???????Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets???????Preparing vendor pricing analysis to determine best choice of material.???????The preparation of analysis, financial and technical proposals with excel.???????Manage helpdesk ticketing system. Manage incoming tickets, coordinate, and assign tickets to specified technicians.???????Ordering of office supplies
