Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Maintain and record the invoices, general ledger, preparing tax returns?
  • Preparing payments, handling the petty cash, follow up with suppliers and utilities payments and accounts
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Report on the company?s financial health and liquidity
  • Performing other accounting duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Accountant
  • Familiar with accounting software?s
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
