Job Description

As an Accounts Assistant, your core responsibility would be to support theteam in ensuring a sound financial health of the business. You couldspecialize in particular areas such as the preparation of financial statementsor focus on more specific areas of our companys financial department.Ultimately, your role will provide us with the accurate and timelyquantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flowstanding of our business.Primary responsibilities

  • Verify, allocate, post and reconcile financial transactions andstatements.
  • Prepare monthly invoices and communicate effectively with clients inorder to arrange collection of the due receivables
  • Managing supplier statements, arranging valid tax invoices andpayment receipts
  • Support month-end and year-end closing process.
  • Preparing and maintaining fixed assets register in order to controlassets.
  • Assist in the submission of periodic VAT returns.
