  • Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks to all kitchen staff subordinates while supervising all kitchen stations
  • Assisting the Head Chef to create menu items and recipes and developing dishes for the restaurants based on demand, season, and cuisine.
  • Supervising, motivating, and working closely with other Chefs of all levels to ensure quality of work, accountability of every station assignment and health and safety for everyone especially customers.
  • Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created while maintaining food hygiene practices.
  • Assisting with determination of food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering.
