  • Function as front Desk Admin ? receive incoming visitors, packages, phone calls, emails, and other files.
  • Handle filing and organizing of documents related to DMCC compliance, operations and HR related.
  • Identifying and resolving minor issues related to cargo and vessel operations, including delays, damage, and other problems related to HSQE on a junior level.
  • Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as logistics, agency, and customer service teams, to ensure smooth office operations.
