Specializing in construction projects – Residential & Commercial Towers, the company has a strong presence in the region and is known for its quality work, commitment to excellence and completion on time.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at Al Serh Al Kabeer Construction in Sharjah. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for Preparation of Variations, PS & PC Adjustments, Interim Payment Applications, Measurement sheets, progress reports (Quantity take-off only), Material Requisitions and Sub-contractor payments. The role involves working closely with project teams to ensure accurate cost estimation and monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.QualificationsAttention to detail of drawings and analytical skills.Knowledge of construction processes and materials.Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.Good knowledge of Plan Swift, Autocad, Excel etc.Note: This is an urgent Hiring.
