Joinery Site EngineerJob Location : DubaiResponsibilities:?Assist in the planning and coordination of joinery projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.?Conduct site inspections to assess joinery requirements, measurements, and any potential challenges.?Prepare detailed technical drawings and layouts using CAD software.?Collaborate with architects, project managers, and suppliers to ensure accurate interpretation of design plans.?Coordinate with the joinery production team to ensure the timely delivery of materials and components to the site.?Supervise and provide guidance to the joinery installation team on-site.?Monitor the progress of joinery installation, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.?Address any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the installation process.?Conduct regular site meetings to communicate project updates, resolve any issues, and ensure effective coordination among team members.?Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including progress reports, material logs, and quality control records.Requirements:?Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.?Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Joinery Site Engineer or similar role.?Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and finishes.?Proficiency in CAD software for preparing technical drawings.?Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.?Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.?Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.?Valid drivers license.
