Joinery Production ManagerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :•Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines.•Oversee day-to-day operations of the joinery production unit.•Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client requirements and company standards.•Lead and manage a team of joinery craftsmen, carpenters, and production staff.•Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance and training.•Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards.•Implement and oversee quality control processes.•Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective measures promptly.•Monitor inventory levels and oversee the procurement of raw materials.•Maintain accurate records of materials and equipment usage.•Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workshop.•Conduct regular safety audits and provide necessary training to staff.•Manage production budgets and reduce wastage.•Identify areas for cost optimization without compromising quality.•Collaborate with design, project management, and procurement teams to meet project specifications.•Prepare and submit production reports to management.Qualifications and Experience :•Bachelors degree or diploma in Joinery, Carpentry, Woodworking, or related fields.•Minimum of 5+ years of experience in joinery production, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.•Strong technical knowledge of joinery materials, machinery, and processes.•Excellent leadership and team management skills.•Strong understanding of technical drawings and project specifications.•Proficient in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
