Multiple positions with different combination of skills. Prefer candidates available at short notice and with driving license.1- Bachelor degree in IT.2- Good Communication Skills.3- Have extensive knowledge on desktop operating system (win10 and above).4- Experience in IDevices Support (IPads, Mac, etc.).5- Understanding of the service management process .6- IT Technical support engineer with UAE driving license prefer to have owned car. 7- Have extensive knowledge on mailing software, antivirus software, printer installation and desktop connectivity.8- Abilities ranging from installing and trouble shooting 9- Installing and configuring operating system (Windows7,Win10, Mac iOS) 10- Troubleshooting and maintaining computer ( windows & Mac )operating system.11- Troubleshooting basic LAN problems12- Configuring system and connecting them in LAN environment.13- Backing up and restoring files and data. 14- Administrating resources such as files, shared folders and printers.15- Installing and configuring peripherals devices.16- Installing and configuring TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP in Windows Environments.17- Installing and configuring anti-virus and troubleshooting virus related problems.18- Laptop service and repairing. 19- Printers service and repairing20- Imaging creation and deployment using Acronis , Symantec Ghost or any alternative. 21- Basic knowledge in windows server.
