We are seeking a field-based IT Support Technician who will be responsible for providing on-site technical support at clients offices and premises. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing network cabling tasks, and setting up IT equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction by providing timely and professional support services.Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site technical support to clients for hardware, software, and networking issuesPerform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, Servers, PABX and networking devices at client premisesCarry out structured cabling work, including installation and management of Ethernet cables, patch panels, and switchesSet up and configure network devices such as routers, firewalls, and wireless access points at client sitesTroubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure all systems are running efficientlyAssist with security updates, backups, and data recovery at client locationsDocument technical procedures and configurations for each client engagementProvide training and guidance to client staff on basic troubleshooting and system usage
