Job Description

Position Title:IT Support SpecialistEmployment Type:Full-timeSalary:ÿup to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationJob Location:Dubai, UAEÿAbout the Client:A high-tech advertising start-up company based in Dubai, operating with the support of its marketing technology parent companyÿJobÿDescription:

  • Provide comprehensive account support for various software applications such as Slack, Google Workspace, Office, and Zoom.
  • Offer hardware support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to laptops, printers, VOIP systems, and other peripheral devices.
  • Implement and maintain basic CRM systems, ensuring effective data management and user support.
  • Assist in managing and enforcing basic security processes, including password management, user access control, and adherence to cybersecurity protocols.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation such as user guides and standard operating procedures, and collaborate with tech teams to analyze and improve existing IT infrastructure and processes.
