Job Description

What You?ll Do

  • Maintain servers and workstations including adding/removing users and permissions through Active Directory.
  • Install operating systems, drivers, software patches, and other PC peripherals.
  • Ensure network connectivity throughout a companys LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
  • Configure and troubleshoot local / network printers, scanners, and POS.
  • Responsible for maintaining password policy, Antivirus systems and backups systems.
  • Manage CCTV cameras, DVR configuration, and set up remote access.
  • Makes recommendations for new equipment and services to purchase.
  • Liaise with ISP?s & suppliers of IT services.
