IT Support / IT CoordinatorJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network-related issues•Support users on Windows and macOS operating systems and troubleshoot common IT problems•Assist with networking basics, system connectivity, and routine IT maintenance•Manage and support access control systems and remote support tools•Coordinate IT-related tasks, upgrades, and basic system configurations•Assist with AV equipment setup and video conferencing support when requiredRequirements & Skills:•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline•Minimum 1 year of relevant IT support experience within the UAE•Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking fundamentals•Experience with access control systems and remote support applications•Familiarity with UniFi devices, AV equipment, and video conferencing tools is an added advantage•Good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
