  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical IT assistance over the phone or email.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided.
  • Record IT troubleshooting service logs and resolution.
  • Follow-up and update IT assistance as requested status and information.
  • Respond to and resolve problems that are escalated to the IT Support Team
  • Ensuring timely communication on issue status and resolution
  • Maintain equipment registry
  • Maintain IT infrastructure of the office
  • Update and maintain IT Operations documentation and knowledgebase articles
  • Assist with Service Request fulfillment and project-based work
  • Support and maintain desktop and mobile technologies
  • Good in programming and coding.
  • Record IT troubleshooting service logs and resolution.
  • Provide assistance with IT products or services being incorporated within the organization.
  • Installation and configuration of a company s computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Troubleshoot the system and network problems.
