We are currently looking for an IT support Engineer.Location - Dubaio Qualification:- >= 5 years of experience in Red Hat Linux administration and virtualization- Deep understanding of and experienced in network topology, routing, firewall topics, web service configuration and traffic analytics- Deep understanding of and experiences in forward and reverse DNS as well as DNSSECo Job Type: Full-timeResponsible primary point of support contact via telephone and email- Resolving 1st level and potentially 2nd level issues- Responsible for tracability of issues, formalization and documention of all communication- Responsible to actively find a solution in the interest of the customer (together with 2nd and 3rd level support)- Reproducing issues with customer on-site- Categorization of issues in priority and severity- Based on issues of the local telcot build a knowlegdebase / FAQ specificSoft skills:- Ability to talk to client on the phone as well as personally- A friendly and obliging being- Arabic and English language speaking
