Oversee user requests and serve as a liaison between support and infrastructure teams.Client DetailsA Multinational organisation in the region.DescriptionMonitor and troubleshoot internal systems and provide assistance to users for new platforms and technologies.Manage the purchasing process and maintain control of the IT asset inventory.Provide 1st and 2nd level support as needed.Collaborate with regional sister offices, primarily in the Middle East and Africa, to provide necessary support and maintain a cohesive IT infrastructure across the organization.Profile3-5 years of overall experience in IT Support. Open to 1+ year(s) if the candidate is mature enough to handle a 100 user base environment.Experience using a ticketing tool, preferably JIRA.At least 1 year of experience supporting an O365 environment (AD, Azure AD, Microsoft Admin Central, Exchange, InTune, etc).
