Job Description

Job Title: IT SupportCompany: AX CAPITAL Real EstateLocation: Business Bay or Media CityHours of work: Monday ? Friday, 9:30am ? 6:30pm, Saturday 11:00am ? 3:00pmSalary Range: 5000 - 6000Key Responsibilities:

  • Device Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of macOS and Windows devices, including regular software updates and hardware checks.
  • Technical Support: Address tech-related queries and issues from the staff, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
  • Networking: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot office networks to ensure constant connectivity.
  • Training: Assist staff with new software or hardware introductions and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the broader IT team on larger projects or when escalated support is required.
